Next generation works even better
My last posting was titled old school was first choice. Some casino robbers captured more than 100,000 Swiss franc and Euro using sledgehammers and machine guns. But next generation works even better: “Krebs on Security” reported about some thieves which had taken a $205,000 bite out of a Missouri dental practice. All they had to do was to sent at least $205,000 of the practice’s money to nearly a dozen individuals around the country. They were used as money mules, helping the attackers launder the stolen money. By the way: The FBI wouldn’t open a case on a theft unless it was over $500,000 in losses. Nice to read!
